We're Caleb and Jordan. We've been pouring footings and stacking walls since we were eighteen years old. It took us a few years to clock that we love this — like, properly love it. The build process. The renovation process. The part where the land is empty and the part where someone turns the key for the first time. It doesn't feel like work to us.
So we started taking on whole projects. Not just the foundation. The whole thing — from the first walk on the property through design, permits, excavation, footings, walls, framing, finishes, occupancy. We carry it from raw land to key in hand. Same two brothers from start to finish, which is the thing we keep hearing matters most to the people we work with.
What we're interested in is the person on the other end. You have an idea of what you want. You have the land. You're trying to figure out who you trust to build it. At this price point, that's the only question that matters — not the company, not the logo, not the brochure. The person.

Caleb's been on Nicholson jobsites since he was a kid — first with a shovel, then with a transit. He's the one who walks the property with you the first time, runs the trades through build phase, and answers the phone at 6:30 a.m. when the gravel truck is late.
Jordan's the other half of the operation — same jobsites, same dirt, same twenty years. He runs the design conversations, the permit timelines, and the parts of the build where decisions stack up and somebody needs to keep the calendar honest.
