A teardown and rebuild on a lake lot. Same view, same shoreline, brand-new everything else.

Stoney was a teardown. The original house had been sitting on the lot for decades and the new owners wanted something completely different — same view, same shoreline, new everything. We took it down to the dirt and built it back up from the footings. Demolition is its own discipline; building on top of where a house used to be is another. We like jobs that ask us to do both.
