Percy Boom Rd was a full demo and rebuild on a quiet stretch of road outside Warkworth. We stripped the old house off the foundation and put up a clean, modern build in its place. Driving by now, you wouldn't know it's the same property. We loved this one because the owners trusted us to make a lot of the design calls — and that's the kind of project where the two of us can actually move.
