Victoria St was an interior reno on an older home — the kind of project where most of the work is hidden behind walls. We re-did the layout, the systems, the finishes, and the flow, and left the bones that were worth keeping. Reno work asks a different question than new builds: not 'what do we want here?' but 'what's already here, and what's worth fighting to keep?' We like that question.
