My brother and I took on this Victorian when it was in rough shape. We dug out and waterproofed the entire foundation, then gutted the interior. All new insulation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint, trim, and floors, along with new windows, soffit and fascia, and a new roof. We kept this house after the renovation, and there's no better test of whether the work was done right.
